IDEXX provides total solutions for water testing products, services, and support. During this tour we will visit two IDEXX facilities where they research, develop, and manufacture various water testing products. Demonstrations will be given on the proper sampling and testing protocols.  These products are meant to simplify the testing process, saving water systems time and money. These products provide easy, rapid, accurate tests for numerous parameters, as well as a full line of water-testing supplies, equipment, and accessories. The tests include:

Patsy has 17+ years’ experience in water microbiology, water-related regulations, consensus standards development, and environmental laboratory accreditation. She works with several state legislative offices and industry organizations to develop sensible laws, regulations, and guidance to protect public health and ensure safe water. Patsy is also a long-time participant in various standards development organizations including TNI, Standard Methods for the Examination of Water and Wastewater and ASHRAE.

Patsy is also active at the Association level where she is a member of AWWA’s Waterborne Pathogens, Premise Plumbing, and Water Quality Laboratory Committee work groups.
