Understanding and Applying Effective Utility Management is a full-day workshop designed to help participants take a 360-degree view of their utility and set priorities that work for them and move from reacting to the "hot priorities" of the day to proactively planning for the future. CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellation requests must be made in writing, via e-mail no later than two weeks prior to the start date of the conference (Wednesday, April 15). All refund requests will be assessed a $25 cancellation fee per registration. If canceling less than two weeks prior to the conference NO refund will be given. Credit for a future event may be requested but is not guaranteed.
